Customer.io. Flexible and powerful for product-led SaaS. We configure event-based triggers, user attribute syncs, and behavioural campaign logic that maps to your product's activation and retention milestones.

Mailchimp and Brevo. We work with both where they're the right fit — typically smaller lists, simpler segmentation needs, or where a migration isn't yet justified.

Migrations

Moving platforms is disruptive if it's not managed properly. We've handled migrations from Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, Dotdigital, and various legacy ESPs.

Every migration covers:

  • List export and cleaning — subscribers, suppressions, and historical data
  • Segment recreation — rebuilding your segments in the new platform's data model
  • Flow rebuilding — not copy-pasting, but rebuilding flows to use the new platform's logic correctly
  • Sending domain setup — authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), dedicated sending domains
  • Warm-up plan — phased send volume ramp to protect deliverability through the transition

Which email platform do you recommend?
It depends on your business model. For e-commerce, Klaviyo is almost always the right choice — its data model and segmentation engine are purpose-built for purchase behaviour. For SaaS and services businesses, HubSpot or Customer.io are often better fits depending on product complexity. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on your setup, not on platform partnerships.
How long does a migration take?
A straightforward migration — list, suppression list, basic flows rebuilt — takes two to three weeks. Complex accounts with many integrations, custom properties, and 20+ flows take four to six weeks. We'll scope it properly before we start.
What happens to deliverability during a migration?
We run a domain warm-up plan for every migration. New sending domains need to build a sending reputation gradually — we ramp volume over two to four weeks while monitoring inbox placement and complaint rates. Done correctly, most migrations see no meaningful deliverability impact.
